- Chief of Staff & Operations: This pivotal role will be the linchpin of GroundBreak Coalition’s internal operations, ensuring efficiency, strategic alignment, and seamless execution across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing complex projects and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Chief Impact Officer: Driving meaningful change is at the heart of GroundBreak Coalition’s mission to close racial wealth gaps, and the Chief Impact Officer will be the visionary leader responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize their societal impact. This role requires a deep understanding of impact measurement, a passion for advancing racial and economic justice, and the ability to inspire and mobilize teams around a shared vision.
- Director of Impact Intelligence: In today’s data-driven world, understanding and leveraging information is critical. The Director of Impact Intelligence will be responsible for building and leading the organization’s capacity to collect, analyze, and utilize data to inform strategic decisions, measure progress, and demonstrate the effectiveness of their initiatives. This role calls for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for using data for good.
- Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator: Providing high-level support to the leadership team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization, this role is essential for creating an efficient and productive environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
