kpCompanies is leading the search for a highly skilled Chief of Staff & Operations to drive organizational excellence and serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer at GroundBreak Coalition. This role will function as both a strategist and an operator, ensuring that leadership priorities are translated into clear execution and that the coalition’s vision is advanced with precision and accountability.
The next Chief of Staff & Operations must be both a sharp strategist and a disciplined implementer—someone who sees operations not simply as oversight, but as the engine that enables leadership to scale impact, strengthen collaboration, and achieve transformative outcomes at speed.
The salary for this role is highly competitive and reflects both the scope of responsibility and the experience of the selected candidate. The full salary range is $104,000 – $150,000, with most offers expected to land near the midpoint, based on internal equity and qualifications.
