Founder / Managing Director

As the founder of kpCompaneis, Miquel has led the team in matching top-notch professional and executive talent with multinational, US Fortune 1000, mid-size and small companies such as United Health Group, Medtronic, and more. 

McMoore serves on the Board of Directors of Summit Academy OIC and Greater Twin Cities United Way. McMoore also served on the Board of Directors of the Jeremiah Program and Goodwill/Easter Seals of Minneapolis. McMoore earned a BS in Business Administration from Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Aiesha Matthews

Director of Operations/ Executive Recruiter

Aiesha Matthews an executive recruiter with more than 15 years of agency and  corporate recruitment, 20+ years of outside sales and operations experience with a love of digital marketing and creating as an outlet. She has earned various recognition and achievement awards like Rookie of the Year,  Employee of the Month, and Top salesperson for hitting her sales goals continuously at 91%+.

Aiesha is a graduate of the prestigious Florida A&M, an HBCU where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business  Administration, followed by her MBA from Kaplan University

& Development / Executive Recruiter

Along with serving kpCompanies as SVP of Client Services since its inception, Joelle also serves as Chief Inclusion Officer at Interaction Traction, Inc., a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy & Engagement firm established in 2004. Interaction Traction, Inc. has produced work for organizations nationwide, including Chicago White Sox, Kansas City Royals, Minnesota Twins, FedEx, and more.

Additionally, she serves as the Chair of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Commission for the City of Golden Valley, is a member of the Forbes Communication Council and National Black MBA Association and sits on several boards, including the Minnesota Opera, Americana Community Bank, and PRN Alumni Foundation. 


Training + Performance Coach

Terra’s comes to kpC with a background in agency recruitment, in-house recruitment, recruitment marketing, and corporate recruiting leadership.

Prior to starting with kpCompanies she gained experience working with organizations of all sizes from small start-ups to Fortune 100. In her work, Terra helped organizations transform how they think about the hiring continuum. From crafting inclusive job posts, and extending the reach of the recruiting team, to ensuring objective hiring processes, clients who work with Terra always walk away with new insights about how to hire better.


Executive Recruiter

Mat Peisert is an Executive Recruiter for kpCompanies. holds a BS in Elementary Education from Metropolitan State University. Prior to working at kpCompanies, Mat held a variety of positions, gaining valuable experience in recruiting, customer service, leadership, training, and development. Prior to kpCompanies, he was a General Manager for Life Time Athletic where he managed and recruited talent for the enterprise.

Nidhi Tyagi is a seasoned executive recruiter with expertise in technical sourcing, candidate management, and consulting. 

Before joining kpCompanies, Nidhi worked with Silicon Spirit Consulting Inc as a Junior Sourcer, Accenture as a Sourcing Specialist, and Amazon Web Services, where she served as a Technical Sourcer and gained extensive experience in technical sourcing, high-volume recruiting, CRM, and talent pipelining.
