Step Into Meaningful Work

kpCompanies is leading the search for a visionary Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic direction, operational excellence, and inspirational leadership for The Forum. The CEO will serve as the face of the organization, setting a bold vision for the future while strengthening relationships across philanthropy, government, corporations, and grassroots organizations.

This role will oversee the alignment of programs, resources, and operations with The Forum’s mission, while ensuring a sustainable and diversified funding base. The CEO must be both a bold strategist and an influential convener—someone who sees leadership not simply as administration, but as the driving force that advances systemic change, secures collective investment, and inspires lasting impact for African American communities.

WAGES & COMPENSATION

The annual salary range for this role is $180,000 – $220,000, competitive and aligned with the scope of executive leadership at this level. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
