kpCompanies is leading the search for a Program Associate, Animal Welfare to join the team at Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies. This position plays a vital role in advancing MACP’s philanthropic goals through coordination, research, and collaboration across multiple programs.
The Program Associate will provide administrative, grantmaking, and evaluation support to the Program Director and Program Officers — ensuring data integrity, effective communication, and timely completion of key processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex details, improving systems, and contributing to meaningful philanthropic impact.
The annual salary range for this role is $79,000 – $88,000, competitive and aligned with the scope and responsibilities of this position. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
