This role is ideal for someone who:
kpCompanies is partnering with Walker West Music Academy to identify a visionary Executive Director to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and community impact.
Serving as chief executive and public face of the organization, this leader will drive enrollment growth, expand earned and contributed revenue, strengthen infrastructure, and position Walker West as a premier destination for music education rooted in the African American cultural experience.
The annual salary range for this role is $135,000–$150,000, competitive and aligned with the scope of executive leadership at this level. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
