This role is ideal for someone who:
kpCompanies is leading the search for a visionary Director of Impact Intelligence to design and steward the systems that measure GroundBreak Coalition’s progress across the Minneapolis–St. Paul region. This role will serve as the architect of GroundBreak’s evaluation and learning strategy, ensuring outcomes are tracked, analyzed, and shared in ways that drive real accountability and equity.
The next Director of Impact Intelligence must be both a skilled strategist and a thoughtful storyteller—someone who sees measurement not simply as reporting, but as the foundation for learning, transparency, and systems change at scale.
GroundBreak Coalition is committed to equity and transparency in compensation. The annual salary for this role is $130,000, competitive and aligned with both experience and internal equity.
