This role is ideal for someone who:
kpCompanies is leading the search for a strategic and innovative Director of Operations to oversee the daily business functions of V3 Sports. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role will ensure that our facilities, programs, and services operate with excellence, efficiency, and accountability.
The Director of Operations will serve as both a strategist and a hands-on leader, managing people, processes, and partnerships to ensure that V3 Sports continues to expand its impact. This leader must be both a strong organizer and a collaborative partner—someone who sees operations not simply as administration, but as the engine that powers transformational community outcomes.
The annual salary range for this role is $115,000 – $125,000, competitive and aligned with the scope of executive leadership at this level. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
